Approval

Our products are certified for use on public roads according to the tests carried out and the papers supplied with the part. In the case of the installation of one of our parts on a vehicle with other modifications, we can not be held responsible for any failure caused by the other modifications that this vehicle involves during a review.

Noise

Some parts are approved for use on public roads with specific equipment. This is particularly the case of hoods. As mentioned during the purchase of the product, the certification provided with the part concerns in general the use of it with an original equipment (exhaust, air box, engine). Additional noise testing by a certified component may be required for use on a vehicle equipped with an engine, airbox or modified exhaust system. The performance of these tests and the costs thereof are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the number of different exhaust systems and modifications specific to each vehicle, we do not provide this certification unless we specify otherwise. In the case of a particular request, we can undertake to make realize this certification for you and at your expenses according to a pre-established estimate. Do not hesitate to contact us and submit your configuration if necessary.

Accident

Our parts are certified by federally approved bodies. The tests carried out certify that the installation of these parts on a vehicle does not increase the risk of injury in the event of an accident. As a result, we can not be held responsible in any way whatsoever.

Installation

We recommend our customers to use a professional to install one of our products and those to ensure the correct installation of the device. We can not be held responsible in the event of an accident and we are not responsible for any non-compliant installation.

Later certification

The certification documents we provide apply to only one vehicle and one piece. The chassis number of the vehicle is written on the document as well as the serial number of the part concerned. It is therefore not possible to use the same paper for several parts or several vehicles. Obtaining certification for the same part purchased from another supplier is still possible. You will need to provide us the chassis number of the vehicle concerned and affix a plate with the serial number of the part. Do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.

FRP

The products we sell are made of different materials (reinforced fiberglass, carbon, plastic) and some of these parts require finishing work. This is particularly the case for the FRP (reinforced fiberglass). FRP parts require precise treatment by a professional such as surfacing before being painted in bodywork for optimal final rendering. We draw attention to the fact that our FRP products are sold raw ie without this surfacing and painting work. In the case of a purchase of a FRP part, you will inevitably have to call on a professional body builder to have this finishing work done. The molding techniques of the FRP parts vary from one manufacturer to another and may have on various occasions manufacturing defects (cracks, micro-chips, etc ...) inherent in the manufacturing process. Surfacing a FRP part also serves to solve these minor defects or this need. All our parts are meticulously checked on arrival at our depot. Not being manufacturer of the parts we sell, we can only report to our customers in good faith the presence of possible imperfections on FRP parts. Therefore, we decline any responsibility in case of finding of imperfections and no refund or compensation will be granted. FRP parts are sold under these conditions.

European customers

Our parts are certified by nationally recognized bodies (Switzerland). The tests carried out comply with the European standards ECE-127 or VO 78/2009 and their indications are indicated in the certification documents provided.
However, we can not ensure the recognition of these documents by the authorities of other countries and can not be assured that other authorization procedures will not be necessary. It is up to the customer to inquire beforehand and no return beyond the legal period will be allowed in case of incapacity of homologation in the respective country. The same Swiss documents are provided to European customers when purchasing one of our products.

Delivery time

Most of our products are handcrafted. The delivery times of these may vary depending on demand. As an authorized reseller, we remain dependent on the production capacities of the different factories we distribute. Unless indicated, delivery times can be up to 90 days depending on the product ordered. We invite you to inquire through our site or by using our contact form on the delivery times of different products.

Return

Each piece sold is the subject of special attention before it is sent. We make a snapshot of the part before each shipment to ensure its condition when leaving our warehouse. We advise our customers to make a statement when receiving the package and check the condition of the goods. In the case of a damaged arrival, we ask the recipient to take pictures of the package and the damaged part and to send them to us as soon as possible so that we take the steps to the loan of the delivery company. The legal delay of return for defect or damage is 5 days.

The satisfaction of our customers being one of our main concerns, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible in case of complaint. We will process it without delay.

Litigation and Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Estavayer-le-Lac.
